Sorry title is oscars and light. Don't know how to fix that. My bad.

I've had two oscars in a 75 for around 6 months now. I know that some people may not like that but I over filtrate and keep up with the daunting task of water changes. But my lights went out a while back and I didn't have the money to get a new one and now that I did, the oscars are acting so weird. They just lay sideways on the bottom corner of the tank like they are trying I get away from the light. I shut it off after a little because I thought that something's Wrong. Do they simply just not like the light now because they are used to it not being there?

Any answers or advice or help or just wanna talk about oscars go for it. Thanks.

Oscars are huge drama queens and will sulk for days over basically nothing, just start out in small increments of having the light on, specifically a hour or two per day then slowly increase the duration.

Hahaha okay. And agreed they truly are. Thanks. I'll give it a try.
