I got a group of otos from that sale at petsmart
One has an eye that is really bulged out. He doesn't seem to move a whole lot either. Is there anything I can, or should do about this? Should I keep him quarantined away from the rest of them?

They should all be in quarantined to begin with.
Are they in a QT? Or did they go directly into a species/community display tank?

Did you have the fish shipped or buy locally?
Was the fish this way at the LFS or arrive this way upon delivery.

Always watch LFS employees net your fish, they can be rough on fish, e.g. seen them drop'em on the floor and still bag'em for a customer.
Always carefully examine fish in their shipping bag at LFS before paying.

I'd return the fish, PetSmart guarantees their livestock.
Don't waste your time/resources, Otos are notoriously delicate during shipping/transport, any sort of handling and acclimation.

I would suggest doing daily water changes for a while, if it is an injury it will help it heal faster....if it just keeps looking worse take it back, or separate it from the rest.

Ottos are FAST...it is highly likely that it got injured while the employee netted it. I would just keep an eye on it and do loads of water changes to help keep his/her immune system up.
