Can Anybody tell me what these are, they both appeared out of no where upon return from a long weekend.

Bubble tip anemone? Total shot in the dark there

majano anemone. a pest like aptasia, but a little better looking.

yes. you'll need to kill each anemone individually with something. i like using kalkwasser mixed into a paste and administered with a syringe less the steel tip, but people use all sorts of stuff- a vinegar injection, boiling water injection, lemon juice injection...
you can't just rip them off because they will spread.
