I have a heavily planted 29 gallon with a Marineland Penguin 200B filter rated for 50 gallons.

Current stock list is as follows:

2 zebra striped angelfish
8 neon tetras
7 harlequin rasboras
1 albino bristlenose pleco
4 amano shrimp

I WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME SORT OF BOTTOM DWELLER OR ALGAE EATER LIKE CORYDORAS OR OTOCINCLUS CATS

I'd like to know if you guys think I could add some cories or otos as I'd love to add some bottom dwellers. Let me know what you guys think!

I think a 29 is pretty tight for two angels. There is also a pretty good chance the angels will kill and eat the amano once they reach full size.

Putting that aside I don't see any reason you couldn't add a group of corydoras.

Otocinclus aren't really bottom dwellers. If you add otos make sure there is enough for them to eat. I probably would not add otos in a tank with a BN and Amano shrimp.
