Pale java fern?

Anyone have any guesses as to why the smaller java fern leaves are really pale, like almost a yellowish white? I run T5 HO lights, is that too bright? Some type of deficiency? HELP!

Too much light seems likely. They are not high light plants and intense light can bleach them out.

Try placing them where they get shaded by something else or maybe reduce the time the lights are on by an hour or two a day.
