Pale Neon Tetras & Danios

Hi, I went to check on my tank. While I was doing that, I found my two neon tetras on the bottom of the tank, they were somewhat transparent and losing their color.

I also was able to see the inner organs of my danio.

I do not know what is going on? Do I have neon tetra disease? Or some other disease?

What should I treat them with right now?

Ammonia/Nitrites and Nitrates are not the problem.

Was the light recently turned on when you looked at them? Most fish fade at night.
