Parasites on blue crawfish's head?

Got this guy from an lfs a while back and noticed movement on his head. And white spots. He is behaving fine other than hiding all day. They are coming out of his head and i see them under his whiskers and near his eyes. What are these things and how can i treat the bugger? Will they kill him? ATTACH]257323[/ATTACH]

I had a crayfish with a similar problem. What I did was give my crayfish a saline bath for about 30 seconds to a minute (using the aquarium salt they sell at the stores to treat illness) they"ll die and fall off or just die in their place if they are too attached
