If your fish aren't growing you need to look at your water conditions, water change routine, tank size, number of fish you have and what you're feeding them.
How large are they now? What specific type of peacocks? How long have you had them? What size tank are they in? What is your maintenance routine? What are you feeding? Growth rate will vary based on those and other factors. Most peacocks from fry to 4" can take up to a year or more.
