When soaking multiple fake plants at a time in peroxide do I use a solution of water and peroxide or just peroxide and how much for a 1 gallon pitcher? I tried using just 1 cup like the directions that were provided to me said, but 1 cup was not even enough to soak 1 plant. Was I supposed to do 1 cup of peroxide and the rest water? I'm only soaking them to remove diatoms as my otocinclus won't eat the diatoms off of them.

Why not just wash them in warm water.

If you have to use peroxide put it in spray bottle and have fun.

Because that's a waste of water trying to scrub them in water and it takes forever.

They are fake plants not real, dip them in bleach and water and be done in minutes.
H2O2 on plastic plants is a waste of time and peroxide if not done in the tank?

I wanted to use peroxide because bleach fades the colors.

Yes spray bottle sounds like a good route, and a dust pan brush - clean new one, with the really soft feathered bristles on the end works fabulously for gently brushing away mess.
