Can someone please tell me what this is and how to get ride of it.

I’m pretty new to saltwater, but maybe a larger limpet snail?
Possibly that because the shell seems “ruffled” at the edges,
There’s more than one, and they are always on the glass, but idk if it goes under sand or not

I could agree with a type of limpet. Hard to get a good look at it, but can I ask what it is harming? I don't see anything harmful to your system in this picture and no reason to remove anything.

I haven’t noticed any issues. I just saw it one day and had no idea what it was.
