Hi guys... quick question about the pH levels in my tank. Right now, my tank is sitting at ~8.0 pH. I am about to do a water change and the new water that I have mixed up is at ~8.6 pH.

It will only be a 10% water change, but that would cause some shock to my fish and coral wouldn't it?

If so, how can I lower it in the bucket that I have mixed up?

Thanks for any advice you can give me!

No not really. Allowing 24hrs for the salt to mix will stabilize ph. If your tank is at 8.0 doing a 10% water change with 8.6 will give you roughly 8.06 i believe. Not enough to harm anything.
