Hat happens when my ph lvl is too low?what will it do to the fish?

How low is it? What is the PH normally and what is it now? What is your tap water PH? And when did you notice the difference? If your PH is just normally low it might be OK, your fish usually adapt. If it's fluctuating a lot, that could be a problem.

too low pH = acidic water.

Your fish will look like its skin is peeling, and develop increase slimecoat.

acid will figuratively burn your fish.

The important question is...what is your pH level? I assume you've tested it?

I agree with Librarygirl that as long as it is stable and not at an extreme level, it poses no problems as most fish can adapt to a wide pH range as long as it's not fluctuating. Trying to alter your pH causes those fluctuations and can stress your fish.
