pink tail chalceus Help

does anyone have exp with these fish
like what they eat and things like that

I have had one of these, i had a chalceus macrolepidotus(pink tailed chalceas). These fish grow to about 9.5in (24cm) and are very aggressive. These fish will eat what ever they can get into there mouths. Do not put with small fish like neons etc as they will disappear very quickly. They also swim quite high in the water so be careful of jumping.
These fish like to eat live food, and i used to feed mine, small peices of beef.

how did you feed them beef, like little shreds and dropped them in?
and did you use feeder fish for live food ?

I stredded the beef and cut it up into small pieces, as for feeding them live fish i didn't. I brought frozen lance fish and they had that. I did give them fish foods as well, it wasn't all lance fish and beef.
I gave them bloodworm, shrimps, prawns, and i use to give them pellet food as well. Basically they would eat anything i put in there.
