I've ended up with planaria in my fry tank. Is there anything on the market UK that would get rid of then without hurting the fry?

the easiest way to wipe out planaria is to do frequent water changes and thorough substrate cleanings, and reduce amount of food you feed your fish.

Water changes with good vacuuming. Wathc your nitrates, my understanding is that they typically are a sign of overfeeding and can cause nitrAtes to spike. I had them a few weeks back and they were gone pretty quickly with a couple of water changes.
