I have found this little white worm like things in my rcs tank and have been told that they are planaria, I want to know are these ok to have in my tank or not, if not how do I get rid

Considering all my shrimp died in that tank I'm keeping my trap shut. Maybe someone who has treated successfully will chime in.

Planaria are not a big deal in fish tanks but are trouble in shrimp tanks..
