i have a friend, she grow the coral, and she buy a LED light hang up the tank. wow, this so beautiful and the coral growth very good.

Coral is for saltwater. Plants is for freshwater. They need different kinds of lighting. Although I knew some members here who used LED as their lighting for their planted tanks. I have no experience of them so I would not know what kind of LED lighting it was.
