Plant ID??

Hello. What is this plant here, I have seen it posted numerous times by Tom Barr as an example of how his plants are doing under different conditions but I have never seen a name accompany it. (the red plant dead center).

looks like some type of milfoil? aka foxtail

My guess is either Pogostemon stellata narrow leaf, but I've never seen a plant that brightly colored before!

It looks like pogostemon erectum with red spray paint on it. That is what I am going with
