I'm afraid I'm quite new to 'live' plants, and fish keeping in general as it happens. I'm asking for advice really and can't offer any info on my plants?
Could anyone ID these plants so I can read up on them, and or point out any health issues?

Thanks in advance ?

Sorry, I think I'm correct in saying the tall plant is Amazon sword?
Doesn't look to healthy?

The plant in image #1 is a cultivar of Java Fern known as Windelov
Image #2 has what looks like a melon sword, a type of moss (java, Christmas), and an amazon sword.
The swords are HEAVY root feeders and the others are water column feeders. The swords might be planted a little too deep. This could lead to their decline. The crown should be at or slightly above the substrate level.
