Plant issue

I have some strange growth on one of the plants in my tank. Can anybody advise?

Do you know what kind of plant it is, because it many adventures plantlets.

those are roots for the "plantlets". It is reproducing. Once you get about an inch of new green it can be clipped or let it float off on its own then place it where you want.

Thanks, in all my time I have never seen this before. Tank must be healthy
