Plant mats

I'm having a rally a hard keeping my newly planted micro sword down because the aquadurt substrate is really lite and the fish keep messing with it. Aquariumplants.com sells different size mats of various carpeting plants and I was wondering if this is a good alternative instead of waiting for the micro sword to root and fill in.

Just read the customer comments as I know some of the mats of certain plants don't ship well.
