Planted 55 rebuild.

Just changed the substrate from gravel to sand with that planting stuff under the sand(can't remember the name) and did a complete aquascape, also put my t5 HO 3 bank light. Is that to much light?? Here is a before an after. it has 8 black skirt tetras, 1 featherfin cat, 2 peacock eels, 1 dinosaur birchir. Plus 2 rams waiting to go in. What's everyone think?? Any suggestions for improvements? Thanks everyone!
