I am looking for recommendations for planted light fixtures that will be the best for plants but also bring out the bright colors in my fish. Also I have a new cichlid tank that I need a fixture that will just bring out the colors in my fish

I'm currently using nova extremes; happy with their output and performance.

Well that's a start. Now you have to determine what type of plants you want to grow. There's a bunch of options for lighting with different levels of intensity. Usually it's best to go with low light tolerant plants which are more forgiving for newcomers to the planted tank scene. You won't need as much fertilizers nor would you have to inject co2. What's your stocking plan for the planted tank?

Probably for the cichlid non-planted tank, you can go for one of those dual t8 fixtures with a colormax bulb and one 10k. The pinkish colormax bulb is suppose to enhance colors in your fish.
