Plants are budding?

Hey, I'm new to plants tanks. My plants started to develop spider like tendrils, I think they are budding? I would love to plant the buds but im not really sure how to do that? Do I bury the leaves? Do I tear them off?

Wait til the tendrils grow their own leaves then take them off and bury the new roots.
