Plants Dying: Help

I can't figure out why my plants are dying. Even after 4 days of getting new grass a few of the blades seem to be dying off. I have nutrient substrate, a T8 Fluoamax light bulb from aqueon, I add liquid CO2 daily, and fertilizer twice a week. Any suggestions??

Hairgrass won't grow under that lighting. You'd want 2 minimum I'd say same for the hygro (is it hygro?)

The least expensive option would be the Coralife t5 setup for plants

Yea a twin t5 is cheaper than an led setup but LED's are better because u can dim them.

Depends how much u have to spend really
