Wanted: Plants for very loe light near 21619

Have a fifty gallon long with two 15 watt lights on it I would like to do a cash kinda thing don't wanna deal with shipping looking for any plants that would work preferably dirt cheap? I'm on a low budget and have never done plants b4

Like how would I pay you though? I'm 16 and I guess I could ask my mom about using a credit card but idk
