Hey there guys! :)

I am doing some research for National Science Week here in Australia and the topic is Future Earth, so I am doing a project on hydroponics/aquaponis. So the obvious plants being water celery, water lettuce, duckweed etc. But my question is; are basic plants like anubias and hairgrass edible for HUMAN CONSUMPTION
Considering fish eat plants, you would think they are? So please let me know ASAP...

THANK YOU :)

Never seen it done.

There are hydroponic filter setups where I've seen plants grown with say roots in tank. A thread search should find something (there is an advanced search function on the full website page).
