This is going to be my first experience with live plants, so I was wondering what should I get and how many plants of each. I'll be ordering them through work so I get a nice discount so price doesn't really matter. Oh yeah I'll be planting a 10g and a 29g, both are cycled and have bulbs from the warehouse. The 10g has Guppies and corys and the 29g has Gold Severums babies, 2 9" snowflake eels, corys, and one 4" Bichir. TIA. Oh and I didn't know if this should go in the Plant talk area but since it seemed like such a noob question I put it in here...feel free to move if you see otherwise.

Can I figure that out by looking at the bulb...I'm not at home at the moment or I'd go and check. It's the one that came with the hood.

You could probably have some low-light plants in the 10g, but not the 29g, unless you upgrade the lighting. Try java fern, hornwort, prolific crypts amd anubias barteri.
