Can I treat platys with the salt and raised temp?

yes but other fish cannot take it. What are your tank parameters? How long has your tank been set up? What other fish do you have?

I am going to move her to a hospital tank. Do i add the salt slowly?

all the other fish are already infected. You'll have to treat the whole tank.
