Please help black spots on my sunfish!

i have 3 sunfish in my 55 gallon fish tank that we cought in the lake, but all of them always have black spots on them and from what ive read they are some sort of parasite but i cant figure otu what type they are. they look and act healthy and eat jsut fine but i know the black spots are not normal. they are on the fins and the body. any help and how to rid of them would be much appreciated.

We catch fish out of the lakes in WI and MN all the time with black spots on them. Usually Rock Bass have 'em worse than sunfish or Perch, but we still eat them. As far as I know, they are harmless.
