Please help Id this fish

I think its just dark colors due to stress and a bad photo. It matches my Freibergi pretty much spot on.

What kind of fish are in the tank? Looks like a convict in the second pic...

I actually agree, at first I thought it seemed too dark and lacked some of the red that should be there but I think its just a pout color.

Further, what size is this tank because it sounds over stocked.

Your mixing central american with Africans

Your mixing peacock/haps with mbuna

The krib has no business here

Even more going on here but needless to say this stock isn't compatible.
 
It's 100 gallons and moving the mbunas to another tank in about a week and looking to get a 240 gallon other then the convicts what other problems are there? Thanks

The convict, plecos, and rainbow sharks can be a problem, potentially. I wouldn't really worry about the plecos though.
Can you get a pic of the rock krib?
You shouldn't mix mbunas and haps. They have different dietary requirements.

Beautiful fish! That's the same species as mine, which is a Lake Victoria Rock Krib.
They're another type of hap, so they're not as bad as a regular krib would be.
