Please help!! Is my betta okay?

My betta is bloated. Especially on his left side. (It really pops out)
Could it be a swim bladder infection?
Maybe tuberculosis? :(
Please give me some advice. Anything helps.

It's scales are pineconing. Looks like dropsy. Get some Seachem Kanaplex and dose immediately.

I currently do not have kanaplex.
I was wondering if Api's E.M erythromycin could possibly work?
 
Ehh. Erythromycin usually treat's gram positive bacteria. Dropsy is gram negative. Erythromycin can help with some gram negative but I'm not sure if dropsy falls in that category.
Kanaplex fights gram negative bacteria.
