Please help

I have a golden Severum that has what looks like red pimples on it's lil face only 2 or 3 have appeared over the last week. I've looked online but can't seem to find any answers plus I don't really know what it is or what I'm looking for. Any help or advice on how to heal the lil fella would be great ide hate to loose him. I have pics but can't find how to upload them.. Thanks .., alby

Best way to upload pictures is to upload them to a website like imgur or photobucket and then post the link here. A picture would really help.
