I can't make it out at all. The camera makes it look like you only have actinic lights on.

My guess would be spongodes. I also, would like to see it with daylights on plz.

Any ideas on best way to care for these ??

Running a RSM 400

10 x t5 bulbs

All water pars perfect

And have loads of flow

You should be fine then. I would work it up the rock work over a period of weeks until you have it about 2/3 the way up. No other care except for what you are already doing.
