please identify 2 pics

tank is 3-4 weeks old, levels are all fine
what is this stuff growing on my rocks and is it good or bad?
if bad how do i get rid of?

The top pics looks like it could be foraminiferans. They are harmless bacteria consumers.
The second pic looks like tube worm casings. Again, harmless.

My fish ate the ones on the top pic. They had fern like growths at the tip.
