My ph is sitting around an 8 I have read plecos need 7.5 as max. This true? If so any otg error suggestions. Rest of stock will be peacocks and a lab.

I have my 2 bristlenose in an 8.2. The pleco should be fine IMO.

How much were your bns? Do you know max size of l18 golden nugget and price?

I believe they were around 10 bucks for the pair. I think the gold nugget will get to around 6 inches but it could be 5-7.

All the gold nugget Plecos that I have seen cost around $40

Ive learned that certain plecons cant stand more than 7.5. Bristlenose and commons can handle 8.2 i have yet to find others that can. Would LOVE a sailfin with my african cichlids but he would probably die :-/
