so i had found one pond snail in a little plant only tank i have then today i removed the filter from the tank and about 12 more came out! Since they are only in one small tank i think i might keep them around ( i think they're kinda cool).

my question is...how do i take care of these guys?

pump in food, and watch the little blighters multiply

Fish food & float some leaves of fresh spinach in the tank. I have been keeping some in a tupperware container for my little girl. They multipy like crazy & devour the leaves of spinach in a single day! I dont know if they eat aquarium plants or not though...

They don't eat plants, but they do eat scraps, algae, detritus, or whatever. Keeping them fed isn't an issue, I wouldn't intentionally feed them at all, they are prolific either way.

I dropped half an algea tab in there earlier and now its like a feeding frenzy in there! Its kinda funny to watch actually.
