Possible whitespot

Just noticed my royal gramma (been in my tank for 3 - 4 weeks, no qt...i know) has some small white specs on one of his fins and his tail fin. None on his body...he's also (today) started scraping up against the rock a bit.

Could it be whitespot? He's eating fine and has seemed very well since I put him in. All levels are fine.

Sounds like ich. You'll need to treat all your fish. They will need to be QT'd and treated and your tank left fishless to efficiently get rid of the parasite. I don't have experience in treating so hopefully someone else can talk you through it.
