I think the powder blue needs like a 125gal. I'm going from memory so I could be wrong, though.

It "technically" needs that much according to live aquaria, but I only take those numbers as a reference. I think a 90g would be ok.

A powder blue becomes very nasty when it get bigger. A 90 is nowhere near big enough.
