What strength powerhead would be best for 125ltr tank. Got told a 4000 today but it says on item description they are only up to 100ltr tanks?

10-20x turnover for fowlr, 20-30x for LPS or softies, 30x+ for SPS

I would get two, one for each side of the tank to create ransomed flow. You want a total of around 2000-4000 ltrs/hr or a turnover rate of 20-40 times per hour.
