So my power just went out and will probably be out for a while due to very high winds. I have a 10 gal community tank and a 3 gallon betta tank that are both heated. Will my fish be okay without the heaters? My house probably won't get under 70°. What can I do to help the temperature from dropping?

I wouldnt over think it. As long as its not dropping to a dangerously low temperature, then you should be fine.
Lack of oxygen in the water is the bigger issue. If you dont have a battery operated air pump, then see if you can sorta stir/agitate the water from time to time to keep the gas exchange going.

If you see fishs gasping at the surface, run to the LFS and buy a battery powered air buller.

Anyways, as filtration stop, O2 drop. But in lower temperature, water absorb better the O2... So you should be OK. My planted tank survived easily a 2 day power outage.

My reef survived well a 12hrs power outage. Temperature dropped from 27C° to 14C°, but everything was fine, corals too.
