I have a 24" high tank. Where should I place my power head for the best circulation?

I put mine on one side of the tank angled slightly toward the surface for good agitation. If you have a heavily planted tank, a powerhead can make a mess of the tank though lol so aim it away from them (if you have them)

Not heavily planted and surface is ok. I am more worried about the bottom of my tank b/c it is so tall.
How tall is the tank?
To keep things moving on the bottom, you could put the powerhead at the bottom, it would be a lot of flow down there, but It would work lol. Or, you can simply place the powerhead at the middle of the tank and angle it down, which would be perfect IMO. What kinda powerhead is it?

I have a powerhead that I put at the top of my planted 55g and angled down towards the bottom. It blows all the detrius to one point in the tank and makes cleanup really easy
