Prazipro dosage in 5G QT?

Bottle starts dosage at 1 teaspoon for 20G.. Any idea/help as to how I should calculate for a 5G?

I have a pipette I can use. I've read that there's 16-20 drops in one ml so I'm assuming 25~ drops to dose. Any easier and more accurate way?

Do you have a small plastic syringe available?

The ones kids get with their medication? I think I can pick one up at a pharmacy. Probably a lot more accurate too.
