They look very very pregnant to me. I had one that looked exactly your yellow guppy that just gave birth to a bunch of fry. Most of them are hiding in some floating watersprite but a few became a tasty snack for my platys.

They look pregnant, look into it because if you want to keep the babies you need to separate the fry after birth, or they will be eaten!
