Pregnant Guppy? Or sick?

Hello there! I just got 4 female guppies yesterday. All but one are acting great and have gotten used to their new home. One female however has acted weird. She looks pregnant but I’m honestly not sure. Could she be pregnant or ill?

Update: she died today. She must have been sick. ?

She looked like she was being beaten up. Stress like that will kill a fish.
