Pregnant molly

My female gold dust molly is pregnant and I’ve been watching her for about three weeks now. We got her with two other males thinking that she was also a male. Over the last two days she has been pooping white and looks like you could squeeze her and more would come out.

Is this labor? Is she sick? What should I expect?

Looks pregnant but could be infected with internal parasites. Does the female Molly eat have you observed it eating?
