So I got some platties about a month and a half ago. One of my females have birth on April 7th. So it's exactly a month later and I can tell she's pregnant again, but this pregnant seems way different. She isn't as big or nearly as square as she was with her last pregnancy but she's acting the same as she acted during the very end of her last pregnancy. Hiding and only coming up for food. Another thing she's doing is chasing my other females when she comes out of hiding. I'm not sure why. I read somewhere that platys can be a lot bigger during the first pregnancy too. Is that a myth? Is she close to giving birth but this pregnancy is just different or does she have a ways to go?
