Pregnant Tetras?

It is difficult for me to see the pic well enough to tell from what i can see in the one pic of the Glowlight it seems possibly full of eggs- if they seem normal and bright eyed, active and hungry, skin healthy looking, no hanging clearish to weird stringy white poops. Just watch. Also you might look for a you tube video to watch of Glowlight or similar tetra fish laying eggs. I believe they will lay eggs all over in different areas of plants.

i had a Harlequin Rasbora I thought was going to split open she was so huge, and asked too if it was a normal thing, or what could be wrong with her (other fish was bit larger but nothing like that one fish).
