That fish looks bloated (intestinal congestion).

In most cases there is not any external indication that a female mbuna is full of eggs.

Is the yellow lab still eating when presented with food? If yes, then you could try fasting for 4 days and adding 2 tablespoons of epsom salt per 10gal of tank volume. I've heard that green peas may be effective as well (in lieu of fasting).

If the fish is rejecting food you may have to try medication such as metronidazole or Clout.

What are you feeding them? I never once had bloat with my africans. I fed them NLS cichlid formula. I'm not a fanboy, and don't normally recommend exclusively feeding NLS... but for africans, it proved very successful for me. High protein causes bloat... seems to me that I remember hearing that their intestines were much longer than most fish to pull nutrients out of the algae and plant matter that they eat in the wild, which is why high protein bloats them.

I only use nls products in all my fish feedings unless live food or frozen in salt tank have had these guys for 5+yrs never had anything like this nor any other problems 100% healthy tillthis

try feeding spirulina flake every other feeding to keep from giving them the protein in the pellets all the time. i also read that alot of protein causes bloat so thats why i found the spirulina flake.
