I see a 5lb CO2 system with milwaukee regulator/bubble counter/ solenoid and red sea turbo D reactor on craigslist for 125$ is it worth the price?

It's not a bad price.
You can get that reg/bubble counter/solenoid on ebay for about $85. A tank will run you 50ish new and that diffuser is about $30-40. All in all not bad.
Make sure the tank has been tested recently, otherwise you'll have to pay for that.

offer them 100 see if they take it.
You might even be able to swap the tank when you get it filled up if it looks like an older tank. I know the one place by me will just give you a different tank (already filled) unless you ask for yours back.
Neilan's prices are pretty spot on (I bought my set up in January. Everything is the same except the reactor.
I'd offer $100 also and see what happens. If the tank is new/inspected/filled that is definitely worth $125.

Tank is less than 3 months old and is aluminum if it makes any difference.
