Python PWC and ick

I have three tanks in my house, 10g and two 55g. One 55g I am currently treating for ick. I use the aqueon version of the python because I just HATED the bucket change for all that water once a week. Now with changing the water daily in the sick 55 gal I am wondering what to do between tanks to make sure the parasite doesn't transfer from one tank to another. Thoughts on this?

Hm, you could get another one for using on the other tanks and then toss this one once the Ich is gone. You could also sterilize it with a mild bleach solution and hot water between water changes. Here's some info:

Absolutely awesome article found in that link. I am now going to spend a whole lot of time dorking out trying to see what has been found out on the intracellular parasites found inside ich! I always find these things fascinating and intracellular parasitic symbiotic relationships always remind me of star wars..... I wonder if any of you will get that last reference!
